Done reseaching and reading through the forum past few days, I am thinking to get a set of 18-inch for DE. However, I noticed the followings in Carrera Owner Manual (page 290)

"*911 Carrera S: Summer tires 19-inch only"

Does this mean Porsche does not recommend 18-inch for 997.2 Carrerra S? And what is the reason for this?

I saw some members here recommend 18-inch for track use. What is your setup for 18s? Please post your wheel brand and specs.
