Well with the new 997.1 LED's that Rottec has on a group buy here https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...group-buy.html matched up with your bumper, it should be a great upgrade for much less dinero than a full 997.2 conversion.
We're not saying the post was bad, we were just saying it is a lot of money to upgrade to the .2 tailight package and from what we have read the electrical connector adaptors may be a problem too.
We are going make both versions in poly but it takes time to get the poly molds within a few 100th's so it fits like the factory one and retrofitting the 997.1's with stock taillights is what we had the most requests for so it is the first one we are making.
Our sister company already has the fiberglass version with dual exhaust and .2 tailghts done and ready for delivery but have found the cost of the .2 lights are holding many .1 owners back from this upgrade.

Great news on the new GT3 RS style rear bumper in polyurethane, we should have the first parts ready in 2 weeks and will be fitting it on Allens 2006 997. We will post photos and videos of the installation and finished product. We know there are many of you who want it before Christmas and the good news is it will be available.

Any other products nearly ready? Allen posted that you were working on a new 997 wing, too (?)

We are also moving forward with our 2010 GT3 RS wing, decklid and uprights that will bolt on your existing decklid with no permanent modification and will complete the GT3 RS look for your 997.1
We cannot rush this process if we want to make the best parts possible, so for those of you interested in these new parts be patient, we promise the wait will be more than worth it!

Interested to know how are you accomplishing the wing being bolted to an existing decklid without permanent modification?
