C2S stock Porsche sport exhaust
Does anyone know how to get the PSE (Porsche sport exhaust) to stay on even when the "sport" button is not pressed? There has to be some type of vacuum redirecting necessary. Thanks for any help. My car is a 2006 C2S.

see post 27 in this thread for the simple approach of unplugging wiring connector on right side of engine compartment http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforum...ictures-2.html
there are more elaborate approaches but this is the simple free approach

This sounds a little bit like the NPP Exhaust from Chevrolet on their Corvettes...
On my Z06 I bought the "Mild-2-Wild" switch which simply plugs into the fuse box and comes with a remote to open and close at will... normally the NPP butterfly valves open at start up and then above 2800 RPM's... by using the M2W switch they can be opened and left open.
Is this how the PSE works?
Other than this switch, the other things the Corvette guys did was to simply pull the fuse out entirely which left the valves open all the time...
Just an idea... is there a separate fuse that controls the PSE? If so, pull it?

thanks to everyone for their help. I followed the pictures from the other thread and was able to simply unplug the wire harness and this car sounds absolutely great. No warning lights on dash or anything. The sports mode works perfect also. Thanks again to everyone for their knowledge.

hello,
do you understand french (with pics) ? That's the solution with the "sport Chrono". Just add a switch and you 'll have all modes !
