Leftover 2010 vs. Used 2009 Deals

Mark Ducate, or DRLC6, Were your cars green, or aqua blue, by chance?
C2S '09s might trade below 70k more commonly at some point, but it feels more like the asks are dropping from 79.9, to ~75. On top of this, some of the aqua blue cars seem to be stacking up and every single one of the ~6 green cars I've looked into appears to have been a launch demonstrator. Carfaxes consistently have 1500-5000 miles before 1st title.

I assume these prices refer to coupes. I'm looking at convertibles. Lowest asking prices seem to be in the high 70s-low 80s, with some much higher. Would love to hear from more people about recent shopping experiences on used 09s and leftover 2010s.

Just call Bill. Tell him exactly what you want. Ex. Finance or Lease. Monthly payments. How much you can put down. Tell him what car you want. Say....if you can do this for me at this payment this term this rate I'll buy it. Simple as that.....

I negotiate based on selling price, not monthly payment. I looked at their website and they quote a 12k discount on the 2010 S Cabriolets they have in stock. Is that about what I can expect or will they do better than that?

The 2009 aqua blue convertible launch cars' stacking up makes sense (espec. no sports chrono).
But I still don't understand why some of the 2009 racing green C2S pdk launch cars have been hard to sell. Good options (sprts chrono, xm, etc). The color is absolutely gorgeous on the street, the sand beige interior is beautiful too. Ah, well, I guess I'm in the minority on this one....

Desirable/Undesirable Colors and Options
In researching the 2010 inventory, I'm seeing a lot of Aqua Blue and a lot of PDK cars. I've even come across a few dealer with new 2009s with PDK. I have to conclude that PDK is a negative in terms of salability. I'd like to hear thoughts on most and least desirable options and colors.

Could you share the details? Was it a used 09 or a leftover from a dealership?
