OEM route is always desirable. Some here have done a full bumper swap and well the car looks just like a 997.2 in the end. But that does cost you as mentioned above. Labor, paint...etc all add up, which is why most of us here are willing to go aftermarket for around $600 IF the look measures up to OEM. If you can get everything done for $1300 then I say go ahead and do it.

For me, I'd be completely content with $700 LED refresh with hopefully no error messages.

Okay man, those certainly look bad*ss! I'll be adding myself to the list as well. Why did it take so long to do this...these should certainly be a money maker. Wondering a bit if these are OEM housings or just replicas. I guess this stuff can be replicated without too much hassle. Anything happens with them short of a fire, you just pop the OEM ones back in. THere's no way I would think of spending $2k to get LED's. This really fits into the ball park. Great job Ray.
