Bridgestone run flat tires in P car?
I was just wondering, saw the specs on Nissan GTR and saw that the 20 inchers come with Bridgestone run flats- the GTS rear tire is a 285.
Is there a Bridgestone run flat for my 19" S rears; 295 x 30? I know about BMW M3 complaints, I had run flats on my Lexus SC430 and it was fine. The suspension was so cushy I didn't notice a harsh ride on the smoothe southern Florida roads where I now reside.
I live in a development where there is construction and have picked up nails in all my vehicles-including gold cart. My Tire warranty, purschased from dealer, proved to be well worth it, a roofing nail in tire at 4,000 miles resulted in a $1 tire disposal fee and brand new replacement with no inspection. Porsche dealer got the ok over the phone.
Jusrt curious, I do a lot of late night driving and do miss the security run flats offered, not to mention security of a spare. I know there are some spare tire kit options, not really willing to take up the frunk and wondering the pracrticality of run flats....................or, if they are even available in 295 x 30.
Appreciate your input...
