Looks great. I wonder if it could work with my MFSW? I'll have to call.

I hope you're enjoying it! If you get a moment, please post some pictures. Thanks again.

docfink - If you already have multifunction, I believe you could transfer the guts over to new Alcantara steering wheel without multifunction.

is it as thick as the XPA? I'm torn between Alcantara and XPA Leather Sport Padded Steering Wheel.

I bought the same wheel 2 years ago and finally put it on this year (had it put on-dealer). Glad I did-feels better to me than to stock MFSW and seems to be a little thicker.

Please repost back after a year or two of heavy use. Let's know how it's holding up.

They tell me it does not hold so well. I discounted that as the result of a hard-driven track car. I wonder what a regular street car does.

Does the Alcantara give a better grip with bare hands or do you need to wear gloves?

Seriously, you paid $140 to have someone install your steering wheel? If you searched on here, its maybe a 15 minute job. And the proper torx screw driver, available at Home Depot, is maybe $5. Anyway, Suncoast should at least charge an appropriate amount, possibly $30 or so. But $140?!?! Yikes!

I don't think that it is the thicker wheel. You could also take your original to a local upholstery shop and have them recover it.
