NO SPORT CHRONO but the FACTORY retrofit kit is being added over the next week which gives all the driving benefits of a sport chrono minus the wart. I had mixed feelings on the wart. If it were a tach/timer or had some other meaningful functionality I would have added it. But with a leather dash I just wanted a smooth simple look. (Thanks DAVE HUTCHINSON for the info on this whole subject)

Glad you finally got it! My car is stuck in the Davisville R.I. port facility that Porsche is now using instead of Baltimore. This appears to be a result of the VW takeover. Dealers use to be able to get a car that is assigned to a specific customer shipped out in 2 days, but now they say its hopeless. Car shippers told them that it takes 8hrs even to locate a specific car. Maybe it'll get better with time, but it really does suck to know that my car is a 3 hour drive away from my home, but I haven't a clue when it will show up. You listening Porsche?

Alan - sucks - it's like you could do them a favor and just go get it yourself - bring the dealer agent with you and maybe the title clerk

Sometimes the waiting is funner than the owning (keep telling yourself that )
