drive it like you stole it, I get sh*t because my cars are dirty, but I like to think of that as street cred.

Happened to me when I was in Northern California (San Francisco/Sausalito)...I would've done anything to have driven my 997 on those roads.

Yea I know I should, but I just like to spread out the wear and tear! I don't understand the Ferrari guys though - pay $250k for a car and then only have 800 miles on it a year later. Why? That isn't even enough use to warrant ownership unless the intent is purely braggin' rights.

That's exactly what it is, I made it, I'm successful, I have a brand new 250K Ferrari sitting in the garage I don't even drive. Almost sounds like a rap song

I know that happens but it makes no sense to me. Before being allowed to own one, the new owner should have to certify that they will drive the car at least 5,000 mi/yr

Check out the video (caution some?! obscene language) posted in the lambo section. The "gentlemen" rapping has a few things to say about garage queens.

you park your car in a spot so that you can keep an eye on it, but then you can't stop staring at it.

After having a tiny garage for 15 years and never parking anything in there but a motorcycle. Last month, everything was thrown out and the floor vacuumed so the new 997 had somewhere to hide out from the rain.
