Happened to me when I was in Northern California (San Francisco/Sausalito)...I would've done anything to have driven my 997 on those roads.

Yea I know I should, but I just like to spread out the wear and tear! I don't understand the Ferrari guys though - pay $250k for a car and then only have 800 miles on it a year later. Why? That isn't even enough use to warrant ownership unless the intent is purely braggin' rights.

I know that happens but it makes no sense to me. Before being allowed to own one, the new owner should have to certify that they will drive the car at least 5,000 mi/yr

After having a tiny garage for 15 years and never parking anything in there but a motorcycle. Last month, everything was thrown out and the floor vacuumed so the new 997 had somewhere to hide out from the rain.
