The term comes to me from the BWM experience. When you get a leather dash they call it full leather.

Anyway here is a model car that gave me the idea for my color scheme: This will be very close to my scheme except I will have a few added black alcantara bits like the wheel, shifter, and console lid.

In addition I chose the adaptive sport buckets. This gives me gray seat back plastic which I debated painting black. tough call...

Very cool combo. A carbon or black center console would look awesome too.

One of the nice things about Porsche Carreras, to my eye at least, is that I end up thinking how beautiful the car is when I see a picture. Then I think the same thing about the next one I see. This is a car that supports many color schemes quite well. I would kill for your black and tan, but then I see red on black or a blue on tan or... <sigh>

The only color I find does not suit my eye is that bilious edemame green they use to curry favor on the German political scene. Even that could look beautiful to some I'm sure. It's just that we have cats and seeing their vomit enshrined in polyurethane is not the gripping experience one could wish.
