I'm trying to determine which dealership have the better service department, it is between the Porsche Exchange in Highland Park Illinois or Joe Rizza Porsche in Tinley Park Illinois. They are both equal distance away from where I live, any suggestions?

 

I go to Westmont and all I know is that they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Better than BMW, MB, and audi combined. Given the limited number of times you will go for routine service you may want to consider it.

 

Napleton Porsche in Westmont

 

got my car back damaged from motorwerks in barrington, i would stay away...

 

I go to Rizza due to convenience mainly, they are only 8 miles from my home and office, so far they've done a fine job with everything too. That said, my office used to be in Elmhurst and I went to westmont religiously, great service and never a bad experience. Rizza has done a good job so far and hasn't given me any reason to drive to westmont. If they drop the ball though, I'd go to westmont in a heartbeat.

 

Wish I could provide first hand feedback.
However, a fanatical longtime P-car owner recommended Loeber to me.
Claimed their techs are outstanding. He drives in from Milwaukee to go there.
Has done do for a while.

I personally had the worst experience at Napleton Westmont. I would never give them any business.
