Never have this happen

I read that the 458 was forced in the lane due the the F150 pushing him over. I also read that the 458 driver insist he was not going around traffic but ended up in this lane trying to avoid this guy pulling out on him.

That makes sense.

It's more plausible that the 458 just wanted to get ahead, so it zooms into the opposing lane, then the Ford didn't see him (why would he expect traffic going the wrong way?) till it was too late.
I dunno why some ppl assume that the Ford was wrong somehow...just because he has the cheaper vehicle? That would be real easy to solve fender-benders: "hey, how much is your car?" "oh, $250k more than mine?" "ok, you win"

Huh? What don't you get? Do you think that it's impossible for a heavy-duty Ford truck to climb on top of a ground-hugging, low profile sportscar? It appears that the 458 popped up in front of the Ford and the Ford climbed it. I don't see why the scenario I've described earlier is so hard to understand.

What is w/ giving the 458 dude the benefit of the doubt, esp w/ the evidence against him? If he was truly wronged, you can bet that he wouldn't be so calm.
