Well, according to the reports so far, the Ferrari guy illegally crossed the centre lane and the truck obviously couldn't see him until it was too late. So, of course the Ferrari dude shouldn't be too angry since it appears that he screwed up.

In that case, the truck is probably staying parked till the police show and can see the position of the vehicles. Sounds like the truck was pulling out and the Ferrari just tried to go around him and ended up under the truck. Wow, couldn't imagine causing the accident, getting charged with it in the 2 week old 458.

All I know is if I had a new 458 w/ less than 500 miles you can bet that I would be looking around everywhere before making a move and I sure as hell wouldn't be crossing any lines. Ouch is right.

Too quick to judging with insufficient information. The video does not confirm that at all. On the contrary, it appears that the truck shoved the 458 to the left lane instead. A 458 is not going to push an F150.

I'm not jumping to conclusions, just gonna by some witnesses' recounts in the supplied links. I base my guess on those recounts, I don't know where you got your assumption (that the Ford is at fault) though.
