Oh damn it, Tony. Did you have to? Every time I see that car I spend two days talking myself out of selling my silver one of the same age and having his trucked out from Florida to our house. I know you are a minimalist but personally, I figure with nearly four hundred horsepower I can afford a few luxuries and TooSixy ordered his with all the ones I left out.

Ah well, I'll try to convince myself the extra leather would cost me a tenth more at the track than the limited slip diff could buy me. And that beautiful blue finish would probably cause headaches for the elegant runway models who otherwise would beg a ride to their apartment to pick up the clothes they forgot and wouldn't I come up and wait while they change? [sob]

Gary, who figures why buy such nice cars if not to dream...

I bought an '09 C4S PDK Cab CPO last November with ~10k miles as a DD. My first p-car and I'm not a race car driver. The car is awesome. It's made me a better driver. I couldn't get a manual because of left knee problems so felt I *had* to get a PDK. What a delightful surprise! Extremely smooth. And I get home 10-15 minutes faster from the airport now.

Thanks for all the great insights and advice on the forum. I've learned tons in the past 3 months. Working on a couple of ideas for diy's. If they work out, will definitely post

Thanks for the info - your 4S looks pretty sweet. I see you are from Houston...do you know anything about Park Place in Dallas? Just curious if you visited them when you were looking. They have what looks to be a pretty nice '09 C4S at a decent price.

Also, there is a nice looking one at Delta Porsche in Grand Rapid's. How do either of these compare to yours - option-wise.

Also - since I'm still a new guy - if its not OK to ask questions about dealerships (I looked but did not see a sticky tread on the topic) - sorry, so please delete the post.
Thanks
Chris
