OEM 5MM Spacers Front & Rear Carrera Sports on a C2S?
Thinking about getting this spacer kit from Suncoast. It is a set of 4 5mm spacers and includes the lug bolts.
I have read multiple threads where people are putting 7mm front and 15mm rear. However, as my wheels are .5 inches wider, is 5mm all around the way to go?
Here is a link to the kit:

What are your wheel offsets? What look do you want to acheive? It depends on how aggressive you want to get. Here is my two cents - someone please verify.
C2 NB Rear: 11 x 19 67mm (295/30 ZR19)
C4 WB Rear: 11 x 19 51mm (305/30 ZR19)
67mm - 15mm = 52mm offset. So WB rims on a NB are 1mm further out per side when comparing to someone running 15mm spacers on stock NB wheels. The upgraded Carrera Sport wheel for the C2 is 11.5" with a 67mm offset in the rear so the rim is moved outwards by 6.35mm (12.7mm/2) given the increase in width. So 15mm spacers on a stock c2 rim moves the rim outward 8.65mm. Compared to the Carrera Sport wheel the difference is only 2.3mm. Interesting, the C4 version of the Carrera Sport wheel offset is 50mm (51mm for the c2 version). I would assume the C4/C4S Carrera Sport wheel will still fit the NB and have no clearance issues assuming a stock suspension set up.
What does all that mean? I'm running stock 997.1 C2S wheels. In the rear, I upgraded to square shouldered 305/30 19 Bridgeston RE-11s and threw on 15mm HR spacers. My wheels are pushed out as far as they can go but they are flush with the fender. If I were to put your Carerra Sport NB version wheels on my C2S, they would sit approx 2.3mm inside the fender on each side compared to where I am now. During my commute, there is a black 997.1 C2S with Carerra Sport wheels and they look stunning. IMHO, they can be pushed out a tad 2mm - 3mm possibly 5mm depending on the actual tire profile. Now we are really splitting hairs here and it depends on what you want to achieve. I would find a buddy with 5mm spacers and throw them on your car and see how they look. 5mm spacers however, aren't that expensive.

I love the flush look but I am so worried about rubbing. Do you not run into issues?

Some here have coil overs and a suspension drop running 7mm fronts and 15mm rear spacers with no issues and that includes track driving. However, you should still perform due dillegence to ensure everything works for you since there are many different set up variations.
