check for a thread on the 997 section of this forum:
http://forums.rennlist.com/

There is an active thread with some happy customers. I plan to make a purchase following their recommendation.

Thanks for the thread. Now I need to figure out what to get, the Basic, starter or ultimate kit and then in universal or low profile?? Eghad-they are worse than Starbucks with the choices!

No kidding. I plan to order one basic stand and see what I think. If I like it I'm sure I'll order another.

Carguy911-85 is infamous around these parts
guys; I asked the same question a month or so ago in this forum and a GT3 owner gave a similar reply.... my brother in law has a 997 Cab and i have an 85 Carrera. It doesn't work with mid body jack points but my brother in law loves his.... he got 4, but two's enough for most of us. BTW, he went with the Low profile cap and he's happy with that choice... cheers

Perfect! Sounds like a basic set in low profile is the way to go. Thanks.
