Even if you can find some blank ones, remember that your wheels are polished so you'll need polished center caps to match. The standard gray ones look odd on that wheel.

I did the same coat hanger trick.
Pulled with one big yank...perfect.

I agree, it was fine using the hanger to remove the beat up ones, but I think I'll follow your advice in the future when swapping tires.
