congrats!!!!..also did the same at CarMax a couple of years ago after a purchase and it was quick, painless and was offered WAAY more than the dealer (even with the tax benefits). It makes the deal so much easier. Nothing like a clean purchase!
Enjoy !!!

Woot! Getting the fam in the car for the first time and seeing the big smiles is always fun.
Man, I wish I lived in a different state. You just flew down, picked up your car, and drove it back. How awesome. When I got mine out of state it was a pain in the ****! I never got to drive it home like you... sniffle.
Live it up!

goncookoo, at least you are in the same country, I bought my last car (Cayenne Turbo S) sight unseen from Georgia, had to have it trucked to BC Canada and deal with all the import details, now thats a PITA, with our strong dollar a ton of Canadians are buying US cars.

Thanks everyone for your kind words and, yes I will be removing all the lawn tools from the wall. They haven't fallen in 8 years, but I'm not taking any chances.
It's only been a few days, but this car continues to amaze me. Can't believe I'm driving this bad boy, but I've been obsessed with the 911 since childhood (and have the late 70s/early 80s books to prove it).
Just yesterday, the temperature was about 60 on the way home from work. Took the back road/scenic route, opened up the sunroof and had the finest commute ever. I could definitely get used to this.
