Phase 1 body mods done: gt3tek, fabspeed, h&r, forgestar

My project has finally shaped up. After a lot of research and reading many of your posts and projects, I've come up with a look that I love. Here's the list of mods in order of purchase and install date:

-Mobridge bluetooth/iphone integration kit
-escort passport 9500ix radar detector
-forgestar 19" f14 wheels
-h&r lowering springs
-fisterD sports muffler
-fabtech dual exhaust tips (black chrome)
-OEM GT3 front end
-GT3 RS replica rear end (EURO) polyurethane by GT3TEK
-GT3TEK side polyurethane skirts
-full front clear bra

And the future mods:

-Bilstein coilover set
-Techart auto nose lift system
-TPC turbo kit +195bhp

Until then I'm really happy with my stance and the body. It all came together as I planned. As for the pictures, they were all taken today when I picked it up from the body shop in Fremont, CA with my iPhone so I had to do some contrast lightening to capture the detail of the body (hence all the blue). Anyway, enjoy! Happy scraping

What is the difference with a EURO rear end vs US for a GT3 RS? From the picture I can't tell. Thanks, beautiful car!

Sure enough. I was looking at the side vents for a difference that I couldn't find. Thanks.

You did a great job. I like the overall look. Bravo! quick question regarding the rear bumper; did the euro piece simply bolt on with any mods? I ask because I do not know if there are any structures supporting the bumperetts ?

Thanks

Matt

Nicely done.

1 question, why did GT3tek not inlucde a mesh screen for the center slits, but did it for the side slits?

Thanks! The body shop simply unbolted the structures supporting the bumperettes. They were made of aluminum and I figure if someone will rear end me, those bumperettes won't be the only thing damaged anyway. The bumper was a simple remove bumperettes and bolt on. The body shop did notice that GT3 tek cut the holes of the license plate lights too big for the original bulbs. My body shop filled the gap with plastic welding and then painted the entire bumper. Looks flush!

I just looked, they actually include all mesh screens for all the slits. They did a beautiful job. I wish the OEM front bumper came with mesh guards.
