I went to change a new battery, after that both the heated seats don't work. What can go wrong ? The guy changing the battery had it hooked to another battery, so there was constant power.
I unhook the battery today, waited 20 minutes, re-connect the battery. Still heated seats don't work.

check if garage opener also stopped working - if so that means system should get a reset by PIWIS.

 

My pre-owned C2C had same issue. It turned out that its battery was replaced before I purchased it. You will need to take your car to dealership; they will fix with PIWIS in 5 seconds.
