Porsche 17mm oem spacers, safe?
#16
Just put spacers on my C2S.
Your camber setting has everything to do with how the wheels sit in the arches. I run -1.5 deg front and -2.0 rear.
The rears are totally flush at the fender top. The fronts are actually well into the fender with the 7mm spacers. I tested the 15mm spacers up front but it was too little offset.
Your stock C4S wheels are 51mm offset at the rear but can still handle 15mm spacers if you have -2 deg camber. If you have less camber go with 12mm.
I have always used H&R spacers from damon at the tirereack. The H&R spacers are excellent, hubcentric, and i have never had a hint of vibration from them. Just make sure you get the longer bolts to engage the hub thread correctly.
