I'm being sincere when trying to sort away the risk factors .

The 4S is coming directly from an owner. He has all the service records -- the car is clean, no dents, dings, accidents, etc.

There is an independent dealer that has offered me $47k for my C2. The 4S is being sold for $75k.

What other risk factors should I be considering?
