2006 C2S - How much
#2
A little over priced in my opinion. The car seems to lack Sports/Chrono and factory Nav. It isn't a CPO and for certain that is not a multifunction steering wheel contrary to the add.

The first car is at least $14K too high. The second car is 5K too high - private party. If both cars were CPO/Porsche dealer offered, then the first car would be priced around $52K and the second car would be $58K. Good luck.

It's worth whatever someone will pay for it.
Assuming the PPI and DME scan are OK, it should sell for around $47k.
As to the spelling errors, give them a break - it's a Bimmer dealer. If you had to run around all day saying stuff like bimmer and 3-er, you'd be messed up too!

42k or lower? for an 06 S coupe with less than 13000 miles. Seems a tad low?

42K is more like an non-CPO 2005 with 30K plus miles. 42K for a 06 with 13K miles will sell in a heartbeat, with or without CPO. People are not being realistic, prices are going up not down. Prices were a lot lower a year or two ago. Not so today but there are great deals out there still, you just have to be patient.

Two interesting cars --
Car number 1 -- agree with lacrosse . I also agree with spiffyjiff . It is so important to correctly word an ad . I don't know which I find worse :a) when an ad incorrectly spells the car or option or b) when the ad starts off by saying things like "here it is " or "ready to roll" . It almost sounds like some type of 1960's TV game show prize than a car with elegance and class .
Car number 2 -- sounds appealing enough to get a second look.

OP,
To be perfectly honest, I think given the mileage the price is perhaps 2 grand high. I would prefer a SC/Nav car for that price. Most opinions expressed on this forum are derived by the following formula:
Take a reasonable price for a 997.1 911 and then subtract 5 grand. I have yet to see many people paying the prices that are generally suggested here, even on cars listed in the for sale forum.
If it is any help I bought recently a 2005 C2S "launch car" with 12k miles for 52 grand in essentially pefect shape. Rather than certify which it qualified for I had an aftermarket warranty added as it gave me two more years of coverage than the CPO. Of course by 6speedonline.com criteria I overpaid by 68.7%.
Find the right car for you, make sure it is mechanically sound, and haggle. See what happens. The worst case scenario is you get a car you will love.

I know my prices. I bought private party nine mos ago. The OP car has only 13K miles - I'd be wary. It like a stripped down version and the dealer did every thing they could to not show the wart. I could be wrong though. The second one can be had for $45K - private party as well.

$45k, I would like to see that happen as that would be fire sale pricing. You must be a dealer buying at auction. A quick search of cars. com reveals few cars in that price range with equivalent mileage (even strippers)

You never know the final selling price for cars listed on the Internet. I'm not a dealer and I watched a few cars listed on the Internet for mos. When they did not sell, I called back the seller and negotiated my price. $45K is what I paid almost a year ago for a fully loaded 2005 Launch car with 40K miles and a full PPI was performed and past. The avg mph is pretty high indicative of a freeway driven car and DME is clean. I have all service records and all TSBs were addressed by Porsche under warranty. I did not get a 'steal' so I think it would be reasonable to pick up an 06 C2S for the same price - almost one year later. I didn't want a low mileage car, but I didn't want a high mileage car either.
