I'd leave them as is and save for another wheel to give it the look you want. Plus, IMO no aftermarket finish holds up as well as the factory. All sorts of stuff gets kicked up around the wheels.
IMO gloss black looks very nice on white. Not a fan of white on white, and IMO black would accent the red calipers very nicely.

My favorite is brushed . I have a similar car as you and left mine stock . I do have the brushed on my black car but I looked for pictures of other cars to show you how nice it looks with the white car . The brushed finish has a texture which looks hand made and gives the car such an amazing clean appearance (in my opinion) .

if you want to redo a lot - do a white/black scheme, not only rims but also accents. it looks nice.
i like gunmetal better than brushed alum but both are fine. it is all a matter of taste and personal preferences.

they look fantastic in red
