MASHAW Products?

Vivid Racing carries exterior products like areo kits and spoilers made by a company called MASHAW. I'm mostly interested in getting an add-on rear wing/spoiler for my 997 cab. They have several that look good that are supposed to be bolt-ons. There prices are pretty reasonable too compared with techart, etc.

Has anyone had experience with their stuff? Is it good quality and does it look good when installed?

From what I have read on the board they have really good products. I am in the market for a car and love the aero kit and was thinking about going with them for the parts since they have gotten very favorable reviews. If you do a search for Mashaw you will get a lot of good threads about it.

I've been here for awhile and read nothing but good reviews on them. I'm sure they are not all paid by Mashaw.

I have used their products on my 997TT. Mike is one of the best guys you would ever speak to. You can reach him directly from the website mentioned above or contact me if you need any help. I deal with him a lot.

you will find almost all US made carbon fiber and aftermarket body parts are cheaper than all euro made products. especially techart and other big name firms. BIG dollars!

Yeah it's actually like 5 minutes from my place. I emailed him via his site. He is really helpful and said they do have a bodyshop they work with next door that does a lot of good work ands that they would look at the work step by step to do make sure it's up to their quality.

That would be easier for me since the only other shop I trust is all the way in LA. I'm limited since I moved to OC 2 years ago and left all my connections back in Houston so I look to forums and stuff for help finding the best places.

I bought a spoiler from him for my 1990 C4. I thought it was pretty good, but not great. Needed more prep work than expected, and was always a bit off - but maybe that was the installer. Not sure about their other products.
I've bought alot of stuff from GT Racing as well, and I've had pretty good luck with them. One item that needed 'minor modifications' turned out to be a bit of a problem.
I'd buy from either of them again, though - depending on the need, but also going in with eyes open
