Rear seat lumbar insert

Does anyone know where I can buy the insert that is underneath the rear seat back cushion ? (see attachment)

Sorry to necropost on this, but I'm curious if anyone knows whether these lumbar cushions actually exist? Or if it's an actual Porsche part?
