Over 2 million dollars in sports cars were impounded for driving without due care and attention outside of Vancouver. All of the drivers were under 20.

Well, yes, but they're all older cars... Must be hand-me-downs. Even the two Mercedes were probably last year's and Mom and Dad already took delivery of their 2012 models early by being realllllly good customers of MB North America.

Yes being in the States, can you explain what all the owners/drivers being 20 and under is all about? How is that possible?

And it's not that hard to get to 200 km/h under the right circumstances. I bet some of us have done it ...

yep, it is apparently something common in Asian community - I see plenty of such kids in Newport from time to time - obviously looking like high school age teens in upscale cars. may be it is how they enfoce proper social status in those communities, who knows.
