Thumbs up My new Fabspeed Exhaust is unbelievable.......

Well today I went to Ambler, PA to have my stock exhaust upgraded to the Fabspeed Full Exhaust System! I promised myself that I was going to leave the car stock, but I felt that the car was lacking some power, and after doing some research, I felt that the Fabspeed System was for me! I know that a lot of guys have the AWE System and please I'm not knocking that system down, but when it comes to sound and quality, I think Fabspeed has the edge. Again, I had such a awesome 90 min ride home, that I got pulled over at the Penn Ext doing 105 and got out of the ticket! Thank God! The highlight of the day was the tour I received from the guys at the shop, the place is first class from beginning to end. The staff was so friendly and accommodating that I plan on going back when I take delivery of my 2012 Panamara Turbo S and get a exhaust system installed on that. Guys, do yourself a favor, go and see this shop and you will see what I'm talking about! Again, thank you to all of those who gave me advice about exhaust systems and companies, I also want to thank the guys from Fabspeed, David, Rob, Tony, Jay, and all the other guys I met today! Good Luck with your new facility when it opens!

Joe

Nice write-up. Congrats on the new exhaust!
So, the butt dyno noted positive results?

Congrats on your new sound and congrats on getting out of the ticket for triple digits; radar not working or too late?

Thanks guys! Jack I didn't dyno after the install, you feel the power and the sound once you start it up and take off! As far as the ticket, told PO I was on my way to an emergency surgery, a little white lie never killed anyone, plus I just got off post call from the hospital. I didnt have radar installed yet in car, I'm an idiot for delaying the install.

I once had a butt/ear dyno power increase on a previous car. Later on the real dyno I found a loss in power from the previous run. In the end I decided that the small loss in power was worth the sound.

Haha. You're lucky the officer didn't provide you with a police car "escort" to your hospital. Then you'd have some explaining to do.

Congrats on the exhaust, nice when you live near the manufacturer!

Re the above, funny thing is when I was in Philly, I had a patient who was seriously bleeding and I needed to get to the hospital ASAP. I saw a LEO on the way, flagged him down, asked him for an escort. He declined, said to just go and explain to any LEO who pulled me over!

So I went 105 down the 76 Didn't get pulled over, either (it was 3am...)

This is a great thread! Very little makes me happier than quality service from a quality shop installing quality products. How far is Fabspeed from NYC?
