Issue: Oil Level Gauge fluctuates

I just had my Radar Detector hard wired. Now, my oil gauge goes up and down with my speed. Can it be related via electrical? Please help?

Correct. And with oil temp too. As the oil temp rises (and the viscosity drops) the gauge will fluctuate more.

+ 1000 on my z06 it does the same thing on cold start its pinned up at quite high... but as it warms up and you drive it will fluctuate and more or less depending on driving style

Added 1 quart and the oil level hasn't changed with broken-in driving for the last 2500 miles. Weird ain't it? I checked it twice when it was at 1/2.
Each bar is about 0.4 liters so be careful adding a quart at a time, unless of course you're showing the bottom bar. Owner's manual explains it pretty well. No reason to top off if only one bar down.

Yea, it's normal to fluctuate. Now the rate of fluctuation might be something to be concerned about i.e. if it fluctuates like your tachometer or odometer, which is unlikely. Otherwise, you should be fine.
