Hey guys, sorry, I've been out of town for work and pleasure. I got to installing the tips today, but there is a defect on one of them, so I need to do an exchange. Would've been nice to spot the issue before removing both stock tips, but that's life

 

Stuff happens but AWE is as good as it gets for product and service.

Hey guys, finally have pics for you. Mike (not sure if it's the same Mike as on here) was able to set me up with a quickly shipped replacement that arrived yesterday and I just got done installing them. Beautiful finish and excellent service from AWE. Unfortunately, I didn't get the greatest pics of the tips themselves. I took a behind shot but it's looking straight into the tips so you can't really see how they look. Here is a side view, though, showing how nicely the tips match the black paint on the body. The diamond black are a very nice look on a black/black 911.

Do you have any better photos of the back end? Also, how are these holding up since you purchased them? Are they easy to clean?

 

I've had mine for something like 15 months and they look great - maybe 9k miles on them. Much easier to clean than factory tips and don't show soot. I'm very happy with my tips.

 

Here are some recent pictures of my AWE black chrome tips. Like I said in my last post - these now have around 10k miles on them and look great (IMNSHO).
