Play music from iPhone 4S
I'm sure there are a million threads on this, but can someone please tell me the best means of playing music from my iPhone through my system? Also, will dealerships install any of them? (I have an 08 C2S with Bose). Thanks

I just bought a Dension Gateway 500 with the Bluetooth adaptor. I will get it installed this coming week. So, I can't give you my direct experience with the unit yet, but I bought it because of the favorable reviews here and because it is supposed to work with the PCM.

Motorola Droid Roadster is the cheapest/easiest solution. It's also a bluetooth handsfree phone speaker that works really well. You can either use its built-in speaker or (and this is what would work with your music) stream audio from your iPhone to your car speakers via the FM radio.

Ditto - getting my Dension Unit (from bumperplugs - sponsor on this board) and Passport 9500Ci installed in two days. Will keep you posted. By the way I was told that the CD Changer would need to be removed or another device needs to be added by the dealer (using the PIWIS tool) to avoid errors of an extra device on the PCM. Personally I'm just going to pull the CD changer as I never use it anyway and it takes up "frunk" space!

I have a 2009 997.2 which has nav but not universal adapter for iPod. Had nav TV installed for iPod and iPhone ,USB. Works well. PCM 3.0. Can play Pandora thru iPhone 4 thru disc-iPod-aux button using aux. Shows iPod playlist on nav screen but not pandora. ( on phone).
