Are the TPMS sensors different from a 2008 997.1 to a 2010 997.2
I just purchased a set of wheels from a 2010 997.2 owner for my 2008 997.1 base coupe. I reset the TPMS as I have in the past via OBC and received the message that they are being programmed (or whatever it says) ... after 5 to 7 miles I was home but the sensors didn't program ...
Are the sensors different ? On tire rack they show them both 433MHz but the price is different for the 08 versus the 09's ....

Just did a google search ... sounds like they aren't going to work ... if anyone has a different experience please let me know before I spend another $400 for new sensors.
