OPINION: Who loves the 911 Sport Classic look?

I am thinking of changing things up with my 2006 C2.....Ducktail and Fuchs (actually AG Classics are very reasonable). What do you guys think? Has anyone done it?

My intent is not to make a Sports Classic "clone." I just really love the look. I have an Arctic Silver C2 and pulled up some pics of old RS' in silver with black Fuchs and a ducktail. I loved those when I was a kid!

Like this? Best looking 911 to date, IMHO, with the possible exeception of the GT3 RS 4.0.. (lust!..)

@ Silent Run....do you have a ducktail on that? If not, maybe we can organize a group purchase from Getty Design!

No ducktail yet...there are some aftermarket units but I am crazy and like to stick with Porsche OEM parts. Porsche offers the Sport Classic front bumper and spoiler but are hesitant to make the original ducktail available. My dealer is pushing them hard as there are just three Sport Classic ducktail lids in stock.

Odd Color, yes; but I LOVE the Sport Classic. Just an amazing 911 "package". Would love to see that in other colors, too; but hey, I wouldn't kick the OEM color out for one instant. It's so retro-elegant.

Here ya go.. I almost hate to post these, especially the interior shot. My camera pretty much sucks (of course it could be operator head space..).

The interior is a rich, lucious dark cocoa color - not washed out at all as the photo below would have you believe. Still, a drop-dead gorgeous car.

I saw three of these in Monterey 3 weeks ago in that grey color and they looked OFF THE HOOK. Absolutely beautiful in person. Odd would not be a word to describe it in any way.

I guess I would have to see it in person.. I am also color blind so I may be seeing it in a different shade/ plus it being a picture...
