Absolutely. I find myself looking for reasons to leave the office.

Always looking forward to going home from work. The joy of driving a 911 is appreciated the more you drive the car. I am raking up the miles since I want to make the most of this depreciating asset!

Makes getting up early easier, and the long commute home a pleasure.

When commuting with my Porsche, I routinely take the long way (2x or 3x the shortest route) in order to drive longer and take funner roads. And on weekends, I'm finding myself going on long drives just to drive. I didn't anticipate racking up miles that way, but at least it's cheaper than boating and expensive vacations.

Drive it if you have it, why park it? It is losing money by the second...enjoy it, the trip is short.

Completely agree with you. It's depreciating by the minute, what's the point of it collecting more dust.

You guys are absolutely right, getting into the car and turning the ignition, hearing the 911 sound, makes it all worth it.

I took my 68 year old father-in-law for a ride in my 911 today for the first time. I let loose in a few twisties with sport mode on and he literally started howling with joy. We got back and his eyes were HUGE and he runs into my house to tell his wife, "I've never seen such a thing, it was like being on a roller coaster!"

It was awesome. Fact is, I make up stuff to go buy at the store just so I can take my girl out. I love it, plain and simple.
