Beautiful Pics of a Vivid Racing Tuned Porsche 997 3.8L

Just had a customer from Hong Kong flash his Porsche 997 Carrera 3.8L. The OBDII ECU flash was pretty easy considering he is a world away from us. The customer sent us a great review and some really cool pictures of his car.

"The car is AMAZING after the tune files were uploaded. I have not dyno-ed it, but the car, especially in sports mode pulls so quick through the rev range almost like it's uncontrollable! I've always thought the stock 997s was pretty amazing as is, but now, with this mod, the car definitely much much quicker, there is no flat spot at all anywhere in the power range and it just keeps pulling away like the needle wanting to fly out of the dial! Not to mention the feeling of the enormous thrust from the back, it's like I have installed a monster down the back aiding the engine pushing the car forward.

Once again, thanks for the prompt replies and the great mod you have there. I am addicted and need to go drive my car now!"

Beautiful pics!

This mod sounds enticing.

Does Softronic automatically handle different Octane levels? I'm concerned about variations in Octane from station to station, even when you use the same grade of fuel.

Are the significant sounding performance gains the result of using higher octane? What about real-world fuels (like 92 Octane)?

Also, are these performance gains resulting from remapping the throttle response, or are there actual hp and torque gains across the rev range?

Do we know which octane this customer is running with?

I know this has been discussed in this forum previously, but I would like to get some fresh input from forum members on these questions. (In my case, I am curious how this mod affects C2S, as opposed to a turbo model).

Yes we can accomondate for 91 or 93oct. In other countries this is 95ron and 98ron. The files also adjust for racing fuel. The car retains all its knock correction functions so if you were to get bad gas, the ECU would adjust. These are ACTUAL remapping of thousands of fuel and timing tables so there is gains across the RPM range. This customer has 93oct.

I would search here and see the reviews on the website
