Hey pal, hope your feeling better! That's great that your wife loves you and is tasking care of you! Make the best of it and read old posts and go to the Porsche Configruator and build the new 911!! Lol, feel better!

Been there and it is not fun. Same surgery just after college graduation. Remember popping pain killers like M&M's. Hope you have a speedy recovery. First course of action take the wife to a nice dinner and maybe buy her a nice gift......using the Porsche of course.

Feeling much better! Today is the one week mark, so I'm definitely on the mend, big time. Up an around when I need to be and feeling pretty good overall, just sore.
Interestingly, in the past week, I booked more business for Q1 2012 than I had in all of Q3 and Q4 of this year. That helped make me feel better.
You guys are right on the money re: showing appreciation for the wife. I was on Tifanny's site earlier this week scoping out some possibilities. When I'm up to it, we'll hit a nice dinner together and then we'll swing over to the Bellagio to have her pick out something nice.
Thanks again to all of you for the well wishes and ideas of how to pass the time. This site REALLY helped keep my mind in a good space.

The new mesh used these days should take care of it permenately. Takes a few weeks for the 'intrusion' to work itself pain free. Nerve endings have some memory after they are severed. I had one done a few years ago (out patient of course) and it's simply a memory now. I was swinging a club after 5 weeks pain free. Didn't fix my crap golf game however (lol).
