LOL!!! I had a friend who went to buy a Ferrari in LA. When he got in the car to test drive it and noted the poor visiblity out of the back, the salesman in an Italian laced accent told him, "What ees behind you does not matter!" I have often thought of having that saying put on my side mirrors replacing that warning about objects being closer than they appear! But I guess it does matter!! Particularly if you are horsing around with your buddies at what was likely excessive speed!

and another article that brings it home to this forum...

$4M car crash in Japan takes out eight Ferraris, one Lamborghini… and a Toyota Prius

http://life.nationalpost.com/2011/12...e-lamborghini/

"The Prius and a second Toyota also caught up in the 14-car smash were not thought to be part of the supercar pack. "

R E A L L Y ? ? (with a high note of sarcasm...)

My wife and I got to talking about this last night and could not stop laughing... we had visions of a Bob Newhart type telephone call....
"Hello, yes dear, well I am running a bit late... ran into a bit of a problem."
"Oh yes, I am Ok just a few scratches and bruises."
"The car?... well, it has a few dings..."
"How bad?.... well, it is totalled and spread out in multiple pieces on the highway."
"No, no one else was hurt.... but I did totall 9 other cars totalling a gazillion yen."
"My clothes? on the front yard? ... but... but... I had a good time!"
"Yes, dear .... I will probably have to move to another country anyway!"
