I drove 100 miles today in my 2006 C2S with lights on, fog lights on, turn indicators on. No issues or warning lights so far.
Must be based on model years, don't see too many issues on the 2006 MY.

Good news, We're getting the resistors within this week and I going to sent them out asap.
So far we have 16 reports with warning light issue out of 95 pairs we sold. I've personally installed 10 local cars and only 1 have this issue. This mean not all the cars need the resistors. I understand some of the DRL haven't been install yet. We support our products and I will sent out resistors whenever you need.

I don't as I drive my car year round. I have parked it for up to 3 weeks though while gone on trips and it always starts right up.
I'm sure what is happening is the charger puts juice into the battery, the module detects the current flow and turns the lights on, then they time out and turn off. As the charger cycles on-off-on in the voltage float mode it triggers the module.
If you are going to use a battery tender frequently, I would just add a simple crimp on connector that allows you to just unplug the positive wire for the module right at the battery terminal. Plug it back in when you remove the charger and you're ready to go. Or buy the module that requires switched voltage at the fuse box to bypass the automatic feature.

Sadly price no longer equals quality. Sorry about your Dectanes, I just heard of less issues with those in general. I was strictly talking about product quality and not customer service. Everyone here appreciates Ray working this out.

Looks like resistors worked fine !! i ordered them from eBay UK as per Ray advise and installed this evening. One in-line resitor was a little tricky but i got it working.
Now, NO warning lights !!! YES. Will run for a couple of days but i think all ok.
Just need to replace the light with condensation now and all sorted.

I haven't seen any issues after about 50 miles with front DRL and new headlight bulbs from Ray. Just now installed LED side markers and they look cool! My old ones started to look awful after I installed the front DRL's. Now, all is matching - way cool!
My only concern is that maybe the side markers are way too bright. Interested in opinions from others on this...
Car is a mess and heading out of town tomorrow for Christmas, so it's not too easy to post pics until after the new year -

Yeah that's my question... reading from the manual it looks easy but I'm little confused. you need some kind of tool to unscrew but not quite sure what kind of tool. anyone change the headlight bulb? how about sharing some info. please?

You rotate the bolt 180 degrees per that manual. The bolt is connected to a metal retainer that keeps the headlight in place. You'll figure it out.
Changing the bulb is simple as well.

Rep Power: 15 I'm a real idiot on DIY and I figured it out, so it can't be that bad. The tool is in your little tool kit that came with the car. It's a black box about 2" x 3" x 12". That's just a guess, btw.

but I don't have that tool kit that came with the car.
I'm sure there is different tools that fit in the bolt. anyone?
