I had a horrible experience with Frank. First few times were fine when it comes to purchasing his products. If he gets your payment, there's a good chance you'll get your product. However when Frank makes the mistake and it's clear that there should be a credit coming to you, he will not respond to any of your emails. It took me 8 weeks to get my money back. I had to ask multiple friends to send him emails over that period just asking for product information to see if he's still reading his emails. Instead of responding to mine, he chose to reply back to them. That says it all. In the end, I had to use Paypal to force him to respond and give me back the credit. He definitely lost my business.

I've heard good things about him also but I think its the way how he made a simple problem into a bigger one. Sure everyone make mistakes but it's how you choose to resolve it. In my case, he clearly got all my emails, gave me the runaround, and in the end I had to use other means to get back my credit.

Still waiting for my order.
I ordered the front LEDs from Orange Tuning on 3/21 and responses from Frank were immediate during the ordering process. I sent him an email on 4/8 since I still haven't received them and I am still waiting for a response. Getting concerned since it has been 20 days now since my order. I received a DHL tracking number but that thing hasn't provided an update since 3/23.
Any others have issues with not receiving your shipment?

I finally received my lights from Orange Tuning today. Frank responded a couple days after I emailed him and asked me to keep waiting since he had sent numerous lights to the U.S. without issues so I decided to be patient a little longer. I didn't think it would take 33 days but at least they are here now. Frank did ship them out right away after receiving my payment so they must have been delayed in customs as some of you mentioned. I am hoping to install them later today.
I recently got the front DRLs from him as well. They came in 10-12 days. I am assuming it has something to do with US customs as well.

I Have NOT had a good experience with Frank at Orange Tuning. He's great when you are spending money but the only way I have gotten any response from him with light issues is to make threats. Even just when i had a question about the resistors I had a forum member answer it for me - radio silence from Frank. I could go on but I am in the middle of dealing with another issue with orange so I won't post yet.....but it's coming beleive me. You've been warned.

In comparison, I had an issue with one of my front LED lights from RotTec.
I emailed Ray some photos of the water inside the light housing and he shipped me off a new light. He's a superstar in my opinion.
