Dealer service amazes me sometimes
#16
Same dealer I bought it from in May. Biggest one in town, you know the one, off Broadway. I actually live in Arvada, but when my wife's Audis needed service at Prestige, it was average at best, so I thought lets see what else is in town. I figured I'd stay where I bought it too it, as they may want my 991 purchase in a couple of years. It just got picked up on a flatbed, and the guy didn't,t have ramps for a low sports car! Luckily I made some that worked.

I've had two Porsches I've bought from your 'Broadway' Porsche place and had all my service there. They've been great doing work under warrantee. Even found minor problems that required lots of time to fix that I hadn't noticed symptoms yet. Still, it all depends on which tech or service advisor you deal with. It helps to make sure they understand that your continued business depends on how they treat you. It also helps that I live close to the dealer so I can just drop in with a problem and talk to the tech guy while he's working on the car. Hope your car gets fixed appropriately and you have better experiences in the future. By the way, the Audi guys down the block are truly the pits!

I agree, every dealer is going to have their good and bad techs, who knew what type of day he had. Chance worked on my last service and I met him during a local car and coffee meet. He is a nice guy and a car enthusiast.
