Why don't you post a picture and maybe someone will highlight the vent openings for you.

Here is a picture of the back of the Dectane lights. The vents are covered by the clear plastic caps indicted by the red arrows. I tried to get the rubber vent tubes from the stock lights on to the Dectanes but they are darn near impossible to get on. If anyone has tips on this, please post how!

I don't think there is any harm by not installing the rubber tubes. Thoughts?

Heat up the rubber to expand and make it more pliable.

Here is a picture from stock (removed) lights. showing the vent where the black tubes go.

Is there a similar vent on dectanes?

I heated up the rubber and then wrapped a little electrical tape around it to get it to hold.

I can see where the holes are but the oem rubber tubes will not fit, they are too small! Is the design ok considering the little 'roof' design above the holes? Ie are rubber tubes ness?

2 days of driving with the plastic piece installed and no condensation. I even washed the car and again no problem.

Do you mean you left the plastic caps on or did you remove and re-fit the rubber vent tubes?

I took off the plastic caps and fitted the vent tubes. I heated the rubber up and then used some electrical tape to make it hold.
