For the last 5 years I have been able to change the oil & filter without the use of my ramps. I'm able to reach the filter by lying on my back & reaching in from the side of the car. The oil drain is reached by lying on my back & reaching in from the back of the car. For those that would have to work on a dirty surface lay down a piece of cardboard of a plastic tarp.

fortunately, my driveway has enough incline that when i back into the Rhino ramp, the car is almost level.

Mine is 2006 MY. nothing to reset. no service due messages on the dashboard. i believe it is introduced in later versions.

nothing particular. K&N are known as better filters. sometimes they are rated higher than OEMs. hence i replaced both AIR & OIL filters with K&N brand.

Thanks for the posts, Not sure on the choice of going K&N for the oil filter, but realistically it isn't going to make much of a difference.

i heard the K&N core uses resin-treated paper whereas the OEM filter has plain paper media. Based on that Resin-treated media lasts longer and offers better filtration than plain paper. i may be wrong.

Interesting, I'd have to agree with that statements. K&N it is. Thanks!
