The car is in Fremont CA, and I'll be staying in Oakland. My plan is to pick up the car on Sunday and drive it for a couple days then drop it back off and have it shipped back. Unfortunately due to work and timing I can't take enough time off to drive it back (which obviously would be ideal).
If anyone in the Nor. Cal. area is interested in meeting up and doing a drive through the mountains I'm game. I'll be in the bay area through Wednesday.

Congrats on the new beauty! Whenever I read these "just bought a...." threads, it makes me want to get another one! If Apple stock keeps going up, I might just do that!

I'm flying in Saturday night otherwise I'd swing by.
Saturday I'll be Flintworks getting a Car Care Service Done. They are in Campbell, don't know if you want to go there...but it's across the bridge from Fremont and south a bit. Would love to check out your car. I'll be there at 9:30am.

So I've just been informed that the car just got rear ended... so yeah. The sale is definitely not happening. Time to start the search all over again.
