No it didn't.
Maybe that's my issue.
I purchased ebay lights for my last 4 vehicles and this is the first time I've ever had an isssue. They are going back and I'll try the dectane lights.

After reading this, I realized that I've never actually seen my tail lights, head lights, or fog lights when they are lit. Whenever the lights are on, I'm in driver's seat. I suppose that I should forget about upgrading to LEDs unless my neighbors tell me that they would prefer to see LEDs when I drive by. 
I've seen my Rottec lights when my wife was driving our 997 in front of me. They looked awesome.
I saw some Dectane's and absolutely despised the C. Just my opinion. If you can splice some wires to fix it, than that's awesome.

I got a set of LED rears from my 997.1 that I just took off to put the Dectane style lights in their place.
I got them off of E-Bay and they work good...I just didn't like the square for the "euro" light to light up.
