Porsche Sports Exhaust - Upgrade

Here´s a video with of my PSE + Sharkwerks bypass

I have a .2 CS. There was no feedback from anyone doing the "hack" on a .2 car. I had my dealer install factory PSE. They matched the Suncoast price and gave me a pretty good deal on the instal. The sound is very good and I like the on/off switch, plus it is Porsche equipment. Like someone else said, first thing I do on startup is turn on the PSE and sport button. Makes the PDK really good!

If you do a search you will find info even on a 997.2. There are several names used likes Fister exhaust (they do a very nice clean Gundo Hack), Gundo Hack and the older PSE Hack. You in essence are creating exactly what the PSE does just without the Valve so it stays on all the time. Oh yeah and several thousand less!!!!! Not to make you feel bad but my Gundo Hack only cost $200

pass on the Sport exhaust just as pointless as porsche's power upgrade kit. go with nice sounding after market system.. no dealer in their right mind would try and void a warranty over an exhaust (they legally can not anyway). ... you may even gain a hp or 2.
