Heel and Toe / Left foot braking

So how many of you feel comfortable or have mastered using heel and toe technique (braking with ball of foot/ side of foot) when shifting manual or left foot braking when using the PDK?

I was doing some search and came across these...

For porsches, the video above recommends toe and heel:

I do rev matching with the side of the foot method, I can't twist my foot to do heel toeing in the traditional method.

I have better control of the blip with the traditional heel-toe method so i use it to rev match on the track.

On the street I usually use the side of the foot method since the speeds are much lower.
