Is the deflector the reflector band between the tail lights, if so, no deflector on a Targa 4S, if you like the light, elegance, rareness and extra head room associated with all glass, retractable targa roof that you can open and comfortably keep open on the highway.

if you're choosing between those two I say go for the gts.

GTS all the way. I love the C4S (Had one), but the GTS is more rare and a little more special.

By the sound of you post, you won't be changing your own wheels/tires so who cares about center locks . . . LOL.

GTS.

if both are the same model year, it's a awd vs rear question. The 'look' is nearly identical but the drive isn't. If you look to push the limit (rain & snow) then that should help your selection. Get the gts under your butt w/ a bit of moisture on the road. That will aid your decision. The Weather Channel as decider ?

C4S all the way !!!!!
That's not a reflector on the back, it's an extra down force feature designed only for the four wheel drive models !!!!
I heard from a guy that knows another guy that overheard another guy say that the "down force strip" is going on the new 991 turbo"s
I am not one to gossip so you didn't hear it from me .
Go C4S

Me three.

The rear reflector reminds me of the old school (80s-90s) 911s that I grew up admiring.

with the very low miles he puts on CL won't make much a difference.
if not is not really a factor why not get a turbo S..
will hold its value great with the low miles you will have on it in 10 years.

GTS - the extra power and the sport exhaust are nice options to have. For the amount of driving you do I doubt the center locks would ever be an issue.

Personally I like the look of the CL wheels. That is, if you can get over the difficulties that come with exclusivity. They appear to give the spokes some extra length and a little added track inspiration. The C4S is a beast in modest form that few can attain, but the GTS is pure bred.

done searching

This all started a couple of months ago when I test drove a 2009 PDK while my 2005s tiptronic was in getting an oil change at my local dealer. Loved the new PDK so much that I began a search to find one optioned as close as possible to my 2005.

About 2 months later, having narrowed my search to a GTS and 4S mentioned in my initial posting, just by chance I stopped by the dealer while having another car in for service and saw a new silver 2011 carrera s that had just been traded in for a 991. Knowing this was what I was looking for, the salesman had sent me an email but I never received it because of a typing error. I was definitely in the right place at the right time on this day as my search had just ended.

An unexpected plus is that it has a new 5+ years/100,000 mile porsche warranty. An option which I will definitely be adding is the sports exhaust which the GTS I was considering buying had. Dealer installed a new full clear bra, (bumper, hood, front fenders and rear view mirrors. Original owner had same thing on car so paint is virtually perfect. a few options this 2011 PDK has is the tire pressure monitoring system, full black leather, 19" turbo II wheels, XM radio, black full leather, electrically adjustable seats, seat ventilation, sport chrono package plus, comfort package and infotainment package.

On a side note my 2005 that I traded in sold in just a couple of days to some lucky person who was also in the right place at the right time that got an excellent, literally "LIKE NEW" 2005 carrera s with a new porsche CPO warranty.
The 2009 PDK that I originally test drove is still for sale (ironic since salesman said this one will go fast, so better get it now)
