had Techart springs installed on my 997.1 recently....concur with the others; its stance looks much better (ROW?), not super low, and offers an oem type ride.

If you are in the L.A area, any chance of checking it out?

I dont understand how aftermarket springs can still feel OEM. I've read a lot of post of drivers saying that the tech art feels "oem" or "softer" than the oem?

If the spring lowers the car it would have to feel stiffer since it is lowering the vehicle and needs to be stiffer to avoid the car bottoming out.

Techart are rebranded Eibach's and eibach's are know to make their springs feels similar to OEM. If you want stiffer, go with H&R, ride or drive any lower cars with eibach and you'll know what people are describing. I have Brabus (rebranded eibach) on my Mercedes and it feels just like OEM.

But as stated on this post you dont read to much on damaged shocks?
Correct me if I'm wrong here but, isn't the euro spec 997 20mm lower than the US? Essentially, the car comes with the lowered springs in Europe but in the US we get higher springs to meet safety height requirements.

^ I think that's right. And don't forget also that Techart/Eibach springs don't lower the cars by all that much (15mm??).

Tech Arts do feel the same as OEM, and yes the front lip does bottom out much more on rough pavement like we have here in New England. The car does seem to corner flatter or have less roll after being lowered.

They provide a 20mm drop and I have had no issues since installing them 4000 miles ago
