This is a awesome kit!. Recently got mine installed and just came back from a night cruise. All i have to say wow the car really comes ALIVE once the sun goes down.
Was wondering if upgrading the fuel pump is needed with having other bolt on mods?

No upgraded fuel pump is required. The power gains you have from your bolt-ons can be added to the 475hp you're getting from the VF475 system alone.
What other bolt-ons do you have? Glad to hear you're enjoying your Supercharger!

Be advised however that the mileage computer and distance to empty will be significantly off. The larger fuel injectors and thus fuel burned were never calculated and added to the GIAC programming.
I was told by Sean when he was there at VF-E that an update to the programing would be forthcoming. (That was 3 years ago)
What is the status of this?

I spoke with our Lead Technician and Project Manager about the mileage computer. Since the mileage and distance to empty is calculated by Injector Duty Cycle, working with it to gain accuracy for the trip computer is not worth risking any change to the actual tuning. Reliable motor/tune > trip computer

OK,,,,,,
Not really buying it. I think more likely is that Nik does not wish to spend the time/money for an accurate trip computer. No question the IDC factors into fuel usage however it can be done. Ie- 997 Turbo vs Turbo S, Cayenne Turbo vs Turbo S. Etc and I was told it was in work. Guess actually not.
Not a big deal in that I typically drive around town and not long distance but something about the answer is just not right.

Ive got Fabspeed headers, Cat bypass, with custom muffler.
Even with those bolts on I'm only making 425hp at the crank.
I dynoed it upon first start up after the install.
It was a fairly hot day however not sure if i needed to let ECU adjust properly and re calculate. Or did i do something wrong?
Also I'm having a Aquamist water/meth injection installed as we speak for cooling purposes, would i need to retune? I rather run abit rich to be on the safe side of things.
