Recommendation for Porsche shop in Detroit area
Looking for a recommended shop to do some work on my 997. New wheels, springs, exhaust. Any recommendations greatly appreciated in Detroit or within surrounding areas. Thanks

Automotive Techniques on Grand River in Novi 248 615-8964. The owner Jeff Jones is a certified master Porsche mechanic. I have a Turbo cabrio he services.

http://www.gilsonmotorsports.com/ is the other one. Stay away from Fred Lavery, Recommend going to Farmington Hills if you want to use a P-Dealer.

+1 on Rennstatt. Tim Potts will take good care of you. He's active in the Porsche Club and is very experienced. One block south of exit 177 off 94.

It's part of Arbormotion, they work on all my other cars too.

+1 Jeff Jones is a very good mechanic.
You can also ask for Andrew at Suburban Porsche, I had a great experience, he is very helpful.
